The CIOB in collaboration with the National Trust and Somerset House is delighted to present this one day event focusing on re-use, innovation and sustainability in the built environment. The conference will include a series of interactive case studies and real life examples of innovative and effective methods for restoring this country’s building stock.  By providing an overview of the materials and methods required for effective retrofit and the challenges associated with inclusive design, the event will provide a forum to discuss conservation principles and provide attendees with a comprehensive understanding of the issues facing professionals in the sector.
