Two courses: 3rd & 4th April 2017 and 25th & 26th July 2017 at the ORNC Greenwich

Painted Hall, ORNCLocated at the Old Royal Naval College, Greenwich, these historic buildings will be used to assist learning including a scaffold tour of the conservation of the ceiling in the Painted Hall.  The fee for the course is £100 which covers the cost of all materials, refreshments and NVQ certification. The course is free of charge to Building Traditional Skills Building Resilience Building Community in England, HLF Bursary Holders. 

Of interest to crafts persons, builders and professionals –  a two day course on Repair and Maintenance of Traditional Buildings. Participants will learn about the  theory and practicalities of conserving traditional buildings from industry experts. Registration with CITB Cskills Awards for AWD053 is included in the course fee and participants will take a short test at the end of the second day. This qualification is a useful addition for those studying Heritage Skills level 3 Crafts Diplomas & CPD Certificates will also be provided.
