Historic England Heritage Angel 2017 winners

Congratulations to the Historic England Heritage Angel 2017 winners.

The Historic England Angel Awards celebrate the efforts of people taking action to champion their local heritage. The awards were founded by Andrew Lloyd Webber and are co-funded by the Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation.

The awards were presented at a ceremony at the Palace Theatre, London, on 20 November 2017.

The winners include a former Victorian swimming pool transformed into a vibrant indoor BMX park in Hastings, one man’s repair of hundreds of historic milestones across Norfolk and the restoration of Piece Hall in Halifax.
