Manchester Town Hall Restoration and Renewal - Procurement Launch Event

Manchester City Council is undertaking a seven year project to restore and renew the grade 1 listed Town Hall building alongside public realm works to Albert Square.

The project, Our Town Hall, is currently in the design phase and the Town Hall is about to begin the process of appointing a Management Contractor for the works. As well as completing the physical work to the building it is a key aim of the project to maximise opportunities for residents and businesses in the Manchester area.

In late February the Town Hall  is holding a networking event to launch the procurement of the management contractor and they would like to invite potential suppliers and contractors/sub-contractors to attend the event to find out about the project, to meet key project staff and prospective management contractors. In particular they would like to encourage those organisations based in the area to attend.
