 Traditional Buildings Health Check Scheme-Stirling

This exciting and proactive scheme supports owners of traditional properties within the City of Stirling boundary. The service will offer members a periodic affordable and comprehensive building fabric inspection, during which small routine maintenance tasks may be undertaken. An informed and impartial building report will also be produced for the owner with a prioritised list of maintenance and repair actions in order to promote, encourage and facilitate proactive building care.

Membership will offer access to expert advice to support and encourage property owners to undertake maintenance and repair more often, using appropriate materials and methods. It will also offer a variety of events and activities as well as a newsletter and an online membership page.

This pilot is funded by CITB-Construction Skills and Historic Scotland.
